Our Values
The standard of talent will change in the future.
Health must be, first, physical and mental health. Secondly, more attention should be paid to their internal quality and the quality of will, teamwork, and learning ability.
1. Physical exercise strengthens the body
2. Brave and tenacious
3. Willingness to meet challenges and ability to take risks
4. Teamwork, spirit, and fair play
5. Cultivate a healthy and optimistic attitude
6. Learn to respect and face wins and losses
7. Improve focus, efficiency
8. enhance self-confidence
Physical exercise is not just a workout for the body but also for the brain. It's a training ground for willpower and character. Sports challenge one's physical abilities, and the spirit of sports transcends mere physical activity, becoming a belief and pursuit internalized within the heart. It cultivates team spirit and the courage to push one's personal limits, fostering determination and willpower, qualities needed across various professions.
Engaging in sports can make children more outgoing, lively, and optimistic. This positive emotional state contributes to their physical well-being and helps nurture their resilience. After exercising, children exhibit increased confidence and a sense of achievement, becoming more outstanding and polite and displaying a more proactive and harmonious approach in social interactions. Sports help instill in children the habits of cooperation and adherence to rules.
The future society will encounter numerous challenges, and life itself is destined to be fraught with difficulties. Teaching children to challenge and conquer themselves is essential. Hence, we cannot merely impart fixed skills; we must teach them fundamental values that enable them to face this unknown world.
Our Vision
With the vision of a century-old club and the principle of cultivating excellence within individuals, the club has brought in a seasoned coaching team and technical advisors. Through a professional training system and scientific management, the club aims to enhance young people's physical fitness. Simultaneously, it actively promotes their participation in competitive sports, selecting those with high technical and tactical abilities and excellent performance to join provincial and national teams.
Moreover, backed by support from higher authorities, the club has already established cooperative agreements with multiple schools. This collaboration focuses on implementing a three-pronged mechanism—cultural education, skill training, and behavioral standards. Together, they aim to pioneer a new model for talent development, fostering intelligent and skilled skiing talents.
